Lesson 3-6

Today's Lesson is on Measuring Time.

Take your time as you practice measuring by 5 minute increments, and then exact time. Don't forget how to measure before and after an hour, and to be more precise students should be able to identify "quarter-to" and "quarter-past."

First of all, it has been crazy the last couple of weeks. First things First here is a video that I promised to make for you:

Now today's lesson, really gets us closer to the end of the unit.

The assignment in pdf format (there are seven problems). Good Luck! Remember to do a WSQ. Watch, and where, Summary (what is the video about), and Question (what can you ask your friend at school to figure out).

Lesson 2-12 Multiples of 10

Here is the lesson for Friday: Use place value and properties to multiply one-digit numbers by multiples of 10. There are 5 questions at the end of the video and don't forget to add your WSQ (Watch, Summary, Question) that you write in your notebook. Remember this is due Friday.

And you will have to turn up the volume, I had some technical issues that I couldn't resolve before posting.
